Abstract
The abstract should be a clear and concise summary (200–250 words) that communicates the article’s background/introduction, objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications for policy, practice, or research.

1. Introduction
The introduction should address the following main points:
(i) Rationale for the research and the necessity of research topic from theoretical and practical perspectives.
(ii) Identify the research problem(s)
(iii) Objectives of the research
2. Literature Review/ Theoretical Framework
This section may be adapted depending on the nature of the manuscript, but authors are encouraged to include relevant literature and theoretical background:
(i) Literature Review and related Theoretical Background
(ii) Theoretical Framework or Analytical Framework
3. Methodology
Quantitative and/ or Qualitative Research Methods (data sources, sample selection, variables, research model, and data analysis methods).
4. Results and Discussion
This section should discuss the analytical interpretation of the results and highlight new findings. The authors should explain how the findings relate to previous studies.
5. Conclusions and Policy/ Practical Implications
Based on the research results and findings, some suggestions/ recommendations should be made to policymakers, regulators, and managers.
6. References
Please ensure that every source cited in the text is included in the reference list, and that every source in the reference list is cited in the text. Any references cited in the abstract must be given in full.
In-text citations should follow the APA 7th edition author–date system. For example:
- Parenthetical citation: (Dunning, 2000, p. 2)
- Narrative citation: Dunning (2000)
- Multiple works by the same author in the same year: (Smith, 2005a, 2005b)
The reference list should appear at the end of the paper under the heading References. Entries should be arranged alphabetically by the surname of the first author. All references should follow APA 7th edition formatting, including author initials, year of publication, title, source information, and DOI or URL where applicable.

7. Structure Requirement
7.1. Main text
Manuscripts must be in English and should be written using Microsoft Word/ MS Word, with Times New Roman font, type size 12 with 1.5 line spacing. The length should not be more than 6,000 words (inclusive of tables, figures, notes, references and appendices).
Bulleted lists may be included and should look like this:

Ensure that you return to the body text style used in this template, the style that you will mainly be using for large blocks of text, when you have completed your bulleted list.
Please do not alter the formatting and style layouts which have been set up in this template document. As indicated in the template, papers should be prepared in one column format suitable for direct printing onto paper with trim size 210 x 297 mm. Please do not add page numbers. Page numbers will be added by the Organizing Committee. Leave a line clear between paragraphs.
7.2. Section headings
Section headings should be left justified, bold, with the first letter capitalized and numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction. Sub-section headings should be in capital and lower-case italic letters, numbered 1.1, 1.2, etc, and left justified, with second and subsequent lines indented. All headings should have a minimum of three text lines after them before a page or column break. Ensure the text area is not blank except for the last page.
7.3. Tables
All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Every table should have a caption. The table number and caption should be typed below the illustration in 10 pt and center justified. Headings should be placed above tables, left justified. Only horizontal lines should be used within a table, to distinguish the column headings from the body of the table, and immediately above and below the table. Tables must be embedded into the text and not supplied separately. Below is an example which the authors may find useful.
